Conflict is an inevitable part of our organizational life. It can happen between us and our supervisor, coworkers from other departments or our subordinates. Conflict that might begin with imperfect information flow and that could lead to the loss of motivation to work. Often it is possible to recognize conflict in time and resolve it with advantage to both parties. Sometimes though, we are facing a seemingly “nothing we can do” situation. Solaris provides help in such cases – mainly supporting both conflicting parties in search of action that would be satisfying for them and analyzing the reasons of conflict, in order to plan suitable prevention measures for the future.
